Sizing & fit
How does the sizing run?
Our sets are cut for a relaxed, elegant fit. The fabric has 4-way stretch but the waistband is fitted rather than gathered, so if you are between sizes we recommend sizing up. See our Size Guide for measurements of each piece in centimetres.
What Australian size am I?
As a guide: XS = AU 8, S = AU 10, M = AU 12, L = AU 14, XL = AU 16. Please check the bust and waist measurements in the size guide too.
What is Petite?
Petite is cut for women around 163 cm and under. The pant is about 10 cm shorter in the leg and the cardigan is shorter in the body and sleeve. Petite is available in Midnight, Harbour and Eucalypt.
Can I buy the pieces separately?
Right now The Essential Set is sold as a three-piece set. Separate pieces are coming soon. Join our email list to hear first.
Fabric & care
What is the fabric?
95% polyester and 5% spandex. It is a soft, smooth stretch knit that resists creasing, keeps its shape and dries quickly.
Is it really wrinkle-free?
Yes. Creases from folding drop out on their own within minutes of wearing, which is why it is perfect for travel. No iron or steamer needed.
Is it see-through?
The tank and pant are opaque. With lighter colours such as Shell, we suggest nude underwear.
Will it be too hot in summer?
The tank and pant are light enough for warm days on their own. The cardigan is a thin layer to carry for air-conditioning or the evening breeze.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and line dry in the shade. See our Fabric & Care page for full instructions.
Orders & payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus Afterpay where available at checkout. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at hello@theflowy.com. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we will do our best to change or cancel it.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Free standard shipping on orders over $120. Otherwise standard shipping is $9.95 and express is $14.95. See Shipping & Delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Australia only.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
If you change your mind, you can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. See Returns & Exchanges for the full details.
What if my item is faulty?
Please email us with your order number and a photo. Faulty items will be repaired, replaced or refunded in line with Australian Consumer Law.
