Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not quite right, returning or exchanging it is simple.
Change of mind
You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? We are happy to exchange your item, subject to availability. Your first exchange on an order is free.
How to return or exchange
- Email hello@the-flowy.com with your order number, the item(s) you are returning and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
- We'll reply within one business day with return instructions.
- Pack the items securely and send them back with tracking. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Original shipping costs are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, please email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will cover return postage and offer a repair, replacement or refund. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in this policy limits those rights.
