This website, theflowy.com, is operated by Flowy ("Flowy", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Online store terms
By using this site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian. You must not use our products or site for any unlawful purpose.
2. Products and pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. We try to display colours and details as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly between screens. We may change prices, products and offers at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely through Shopify and our payment partners. We do not store your full card details.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are described in our Refund Policy. These form part of these Terms.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Flowy or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the Australian Consumer Law, Flowy is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products.
9. Third-party links
Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
